You can see the two - count 'em - two Notes icons on the Taskbar if you "pin" the shortcut to the Taskbar. I don't honestly see the big deal here, but it's very disconcerting to some folks, esp. those looking for reasons to dislike the product.



While there are other ways to set Notes as the default for file types, you can see it doesn't show up as an option in the "Default Program" list.
