HATE
Now every time I start it it Standard (Java) mode, it runs for about 5 minutes and then I get this lovely dialog box:
 

The client crashes with no NSD, but it leaves some notes proceses running like nlnotes.exe and ntaskldr.exe. I have to kill these manually.

It looks like an expeditor issue. This is what the errror-log-0.xml shows:
 

I've un-installed Notes and removed all files and reinstalled and I still get this. So, it's a bit frustrating!

But, running just nlnotes.exe (i.e., Notes in 'Basic mode') works just fine.

UPDATE:
If I do a File > Close All right at first and wait, I see this error:
