Definitely handy when you're updating multiple pieces of software in one go.]]></description>

Quoting the SPR in the idea is also helpful so others can call and add their company to the list requesting the enhancement.<br /><br />A rather silly way to do things for sure, but sometimes it is easier to find a way to accomplish your goal within their rules rather than trying to get the rules changed.]]></description>

Or, if they DO say something, tell them to put it in IdeaJam and we will evaluate it."<br /><br />Like taking a sugar pill that doctor tells us will cure our sickness. We feel as though we are contributing, but no one is on the other end of the line, listening.<br /><br />I love IdeaJam, but in this particular case, it is, frankly, worthless. It'd be one thing if this was open source, but PAYING clients shouldn't have to dig that hard to find out how to set up their environment.]]></description>
