I tried to edit notes.ini on a Domino 8.5.2 server running on Windows Server 2008 R2. To do so, I had to run cmd.exe as admin, then run notepad from that prompt. Could I suppose have run notepad as admin from Windows Explorer but I wasn't sure where to find it.

Then I tried to upgrade it to 8.5.3, running setup.exe as admin. It failed anyway. Now I have to figure out why. What a pain!
